Awfully Posh use pork rinds from the highest quality outdoor bred pigs. Using a unique method, the rinds are twice hand fried in small batches and once cooled down are lightly sprinkled with organic Anglesey sea salt. Any pieces that don’t meet the impeccable standards overseen by quality control experts are swiftly discarded. The lucky ones that do make the cut are carefully placed into their charming little bags for you to enjoy and what’s more they are deliciously gluten free.
